Abstract: It first introduces the overall design of automatic fruit grading system, then introduces the vision module of the system from two aspects of machine vision module and fruit image processing, and then realizes the automatic fruit grading system based on image processing and PLC control technology. The experiment shows that the system can sort fruits in different grades, and the highest precision of the system is 98%, which shows that the system has high reliability and credibility, and has certain promotion value.
