小型自走气吸式红枣捡拾机的设计及试验

摘要: 针对新疆红枣人工收获劳动强度大、效率低等问题,设计了一种自走型气吸式红枣捡拾机,实现对落地红枣的捡拾、除杂等功能。通过对落地红枣、枣叶等进行悬浮特性测定,得到红枣悬浮速率为12.45~23.69 m/s,枣叶悬浮速率不超过4m/s。利用气吸管进、出气口动压损失,计算出气吸管进气口必要的风速条件,确定了沉降室的进风口和沉枣腔尺寸。田间试验结果表明,当风机转速为2900r/min时,收获率≥98.3%,破损率≤3.83%,含杂率≤3.02%。Abstract: In order to solve the problem of high labor intensity and low efficiency in artificial harvest of xinjiang jujube, a self-propelled air suction jujube pickup machine was designed to realize the functions of picking up and removing miscellaneous matters on the ground jujube.To obtain the suspension characteristics of jujube and its leaves, the suspension rate of red jujube is 12.45 m/s to 23.69 m/s and the suspension rate of jujube leaves does not exceed 3 m/s. By using the dynamic pressure loss of the inlet and outlet of the air suction, the necessary wind speed conditions of the inlet of the air suction are calculated. The design and function of impurity guide roller are introduced.The size of the air inlet and jujube chamber of the settling chamber was calculated and determined. Field test results show that when the fan rotation speed is 2900 r/min, the harvest rate is ≥98.3%, the damage rate is ≤3.83%, and the impurity rate is ≤3.02%.
