CMJD-1500型残膜捡拾打包机作业参数优化

Optimization of Working Parameters of CMJD-1500 Type Plastic Film Residue Collecting and Balling Machine

  • 摘要: 针对CMJD-1500型残膜捡拾打包机在黄河三角洲地区推广作业时因捡拾、打包装置作业参数调整不当而导致残膜捡拾率、压包成型率较低的问题,采用六因素三水平Box-Behnken试验设计原理,建立了关键参数与残膜捡拾率、压包成型率之间的数学模型,确定了样机较优的作业参数组合(样机前进速度4km/h,清杂辊转速85r/min,偏心捡拾滚筒转速65r/min,大脱膜辊转速390r/min,膜包保压时间6s,压包作业压强7 MPa),并对最优作业参数间的交互作用进行了分析。田间试验表明:样机残膜捡拾率均值为94.67%,压包成型率均值为95.88%,符合国家标准规定的相关要求,可为黄河三角洲地区残膜捡拾打包装备的研发提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem that CMJD-1500 type plastic film residue collecting and balling machine was promoted in the Yellow River delta region, due to improper adjustment of operating parameters of pickup and packaging device, the residual film pick-up rate and the package molding rate were relatively low. Based on the experimental design principle of six factors and three levels Box-Behnken, the mathematical model between the key parameters, the residual film pick-up rate and the package molding rate was established, and the optimal combination of operating parameters of the prototype was determined,(The forward speed of the prototype is 4 km/h, the speed of the cleaning roller is 85 r/min, the speed of the eccentric pickup roller is 65 r/min, the speed of the large decorating roller is 390 r/min, the pressure holding time of the film envelope is 6 s, and the pressure of the pressing envelope is 7 MPa) and the relationship between the optimal operating parameters was analyzed. Field validation tests showed that the average pick-up rate of residual film of the machine was 94.67%, and the average package molding rate was 95.88%, and the test results met the requirements of relevant national standards. The results can be used as reference for the research and development of residual film picking and packaging equipment in the Yellow River delta.
