大豆双行排种器的设计与试验

Optimization Design and Test of Soybean Double Row Seed Metering Device

  • 摘要: 为解决现有大豆排种器播种均匀性差、存在漏播和重播等问题,设计了大豆双行排种器,主要包括排种总成、双排导种筒及壳体。以型孔倾角、导种筒倾角、作业速度为试验因素,以合格指数、变异指数、重播指数、漏播指数为试验指标,进行了三因素三水平正交试验;结合综合加权评分法得到型孔倾角30°、导种筒倾角60°、作业速度6km·h-1时,排种器的合格指数为93.6%、变异指数为7.4%、重播指数为3.1%、漏播指数为2.3%。田间对比试验结果表明:正交试验优化后的大豆双行排种器比传统槽轮式排种器合格指数提高8.96%,变异指数降低26.73%,重播指数降低16.22%,漏播指数降低11.54%,作业性能优良。

     

    Abstract: In view of the poor sowing uniformity, the phenomenon of missed sowing and replanting in the existing soybean seed metering device, the soybean double row clock metering device was optimized in this paper. Firstly, the seed metering assembly of soybean seed metering device was designed, secondly, the double row guide seed tube was designed, and finally the shell was designed. Taking the inclination angle of the hole, the inclination angle of the seed guide tube, the working speed as the test factors, the qualification index, the variation index, the rebroadcast index and the missed sowing index as the experimental indexes, the orthogonal test of three factors and three levels was carried out. The qualified index of the metering device was 93.6% when the inclination angle of the hole was 30°, the inclination angle of the seed guide tube was 60°, and the working speed was 6 km/h. The variation index was 7.4%, the replanting index was 3.1%, and the missed sowing index was 2.3%. The results of field comparative experiment showed that the qualified index, variation index, replanting index and missed sowing index of soybean double row metering device optimized by orthogonal test were 8.96%, 26.73%, 16.22% and 11.54% better than those of traditional slot wheel metering device. Therefore, the operation performance of the optimized soybean double row metering device was excellent.
