基于电磁直驱控制策略的农机驾驶机器人设计

Design of Mobile Picking Robot Zhang Xiaoliang Based on DC Motor Driving Circuit

  • 摘要: 以农机驾驶机器人为研究对象,以保证机器人的轻量化、结构简单化为目的,设计了一种直驱型农机驾驶机器人,并基于以电磁直驱控制策略设计了机器人直驱电磁执行器。同时,以建立D-H坐标系、运动学和动力学等方面对换挡控制器进行了深入研究,并通过ADAMS软件仿真试验验证了机驾驶机器人换挡控制器结构设计和动力学模型的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: Taking agricultural machinery driving robot as the research object, it firstly designs a direct-drive agricultural machinery driving robot to ensure its lightweight and simplified structure. Secondly, it designs a direct-drive electromagnetic actuator of the robot based on electromagnetic direct-drive control strategy. Lastly, it makes a thorough study on the shift controller from the aspects of establishing D-H coordinate system, kinematics and dynamics. it proved the reliability of the structure design and dynamic model of the shift controller of the driving robot by the simulation test of ADAMS software.
