摘要: 在拖拉机零部件的设计制造过程中,为了提高设计效率,优化加工工序,提出了基于云平台和UG软件的数字化加工仿真方法。采用UG软件创建三维模型后,借助云平台的高效计算能力和海量存储能力,对加工过程进行仿真,以实现加工工序的优化。以拖拉机零部件底座的加工仿真为例,调用云平台资源,并利用UG软件对零件的加工过程进行了仿真模拟,得到了零件的加工轨迹和加工数据,根据加工仿真结果可以实现对加工工序的优化。Abstract: In the design and manufacturing process of tractor parts, in order to improve the design efficiency and optimize the processing process, it proposed a digital processing simulation method based on cloud platform and UG software. After using UG software to create a three-dimensional model, the processing process is simulated with the help of cloud platform’s high-efficiency computing capacity and sea capacity storage capacity to achieve the optimization of processing process. Taking the machining simulation of tractor parts base as an example, it called the cloud platform resource, and simulated the machining process of parts by UG software, and obtained the machining path and data of parts. It optimized the machining process according to the machining simulation results.
