我国联合收获机脱粒分离装置的研究现状

Research Status of Threshing and Separating Device for Combine Harvester in China

  • 摘要: 现阶段,我国联合收获机在收获过程中由于脱粒分离装置的结构配置、作业参数调整不当等,导致谷粒机械化收获破损率、损失率和含杂率偏高。为此,综述了国内联合收获机的发展情况及研究现状,并结合联合收获机脱粒分离装置的脱粒原理、结构以及关键部件等方面论述了各联合收获机脱粒分离装置的优势与不足。为解决联合收获机脱粒分离装置工作效率低、总损失率和含杂率高、结构复杂等问题,提高联合收获机脱粒分离系统的作业效率和性能,逐步实现信息化和智能化,结合现阶段研究现状,提出了联合收获机脱粒分离装置的发展趋势,以期为我国联合收获机结构改进优化提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: At present, the damage rate, loss rate and impurity rate of grain mechanized harvesting are high due to the improper configuration of threshing and separating device and improper adjustment of operation parameters. In this paper, the development and research status of domestic combine harvester are summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of threshing and separating device of combine harvester are discussed from the aspects of threshing principle, structure and key components. The problems of low working efficiency, high total loss rate, high impurity rate and complex structure of threshing and separating device of combine harvester are discussed In order to improve the efficiency and performance of combine threshing and separation system, and gradually realize informatization and intelligence, combined with the current research status, the development trend of threshing and separating device of combine harvester is put forward, so as to provide reference for the improvement and optimization of combine structure in China.
