食用菌菇房环境CFD模拟及送风管布置方案研究

Study on CFD Simulation of Edible Mushroom House Environment and Air Supply Pipe Layout Scheme

  • 摘要: 食用菌栽培菇房生产规模化和大型化的发展,对通风部件和控制系统提出更高的要求。为此,以草菇栽培菇房为研究对象,进行环境测量试验,建立菇房CFD模型,进行CFD非稳态模拟,分析其内部环境分布情况,并讨论了通风部件参数对菇房内流场分布的影响。结果显示:模拟值与试验数据的最大绝对误差为0.3℃,吻合性较好;菇房的通风方式为紊流射流,气流存在射流贴壁附流现象,内部温度存在上下分层现象;送风管位置对菇房内气流和温度分布情况影响较大,屋顶结构对温度分布的影响较小。

     

    Abstract: The development of large-scale and large-scale production of edible mushroom cultivation mushroom houses puts forward higher requirements for ventilation components and control systems.This paper takes straw mushroom cultivation as the research object, conducts environmental measurement experiments, establishes the mushroom house CFD model, conducts CFD non-steady-state simulation, analyzes its internal environmental distribution, and discusses the ventilation component parameters on the flow field distribution in the mushroom house influences.The results show that the maximum absolute error between the simulated value and the test data is 0.3 ℃,and the agreement is good; the ventilation mode of the mushroom house is turbulent jet, there is the phenomenon of jet attached to the wall, and the internal temperature is stratified up and down; the air supply pipe The location has a greater influence on the airflow and temperature distribution in the mushroom house, and the roof structure has less influence on the temperature distribution.
