马铃薯组培苗生长点识别方法研究

摘要: 采用马铃薯脱毒组培苗培育优质种薯进行种植有利于马铃薯连年高产量生产。目前,马铃薯组培苗生产面临人工成本高、自动化程度低等问题,亟需开发马铃薯组培苗自动化生产设备。为了引导马铃薯组培苗自动分化设备进行有效地移植分割作业,提出采用图像投影分析方法识别马铃薯组培苗生长点位置,提高马铃薯组培苗后续自动化分割移植的作业质量。对100株达到移植期的马铃薯组培苗进行图像采集,使用MatLab进行图像处理,通过对每张图像的投影曲线分析处理得到组培苗的生长点位置。处理结果表明:该方法能准确地识别出马铃薯组培苗生长点的位置,识别准确率达到90%,识别性能稳定。Abstract: The use of potato virus-free tissue culture seedlings to cultivate high-quality seed potatoes for planting is conducive to continuous high-yield potato production. At present, the production of potato tissue culture seedlings faces the problems of high labor cost and low degree of automation, and it is urgent to develop automatic production equipment for potato tissue culture seedlings. In order to guide the automatic differentiation equipment of potato tissue culture seedlings for effective transplantation and segmentation, this paper proposes to use image projection analysis method to identify the location of potato tissue culture seedling growth points, and improve the operation quality of potato tissue culture seedlings’ subsequent automatic segmentation and transplantation. Image collection was carried out on 100 potato tissue culture seedlings that reached the transplantation stage, and image processing was performed using MATLAB.The growth point position of tissue culture seedlings was obtained by analyzing and processing the projection curve of each image.The processing results show that this method can accurately identify the growth point of potato tissue culture seedlings, the recognition accuracy rate reaches 90%,and the recognition performance is stable.
