摘要: 以水果分拣控制过程为研究对象,基于RGB图像检测方法建立分拣控制算法。同时,利用异步图像采集模式进行水果图像获取,并借助中值滤波和高斯滤波器两种方式实现水果图像噪音去除;采用全局自动阈值分割法进行水果图像特征提取,从而实现水果颜色特征及表面区域特征的识别分类。将特征数据与设定好的特征阈值进行对比,从而实现水果等级的鉴定,最终借助机械手进行水果分拣。试验结果表明:采用RGB图像检测方法进行的水果分拣与人工测量方式获得的水果特征数据具有高度符合性。Abstract: This paper takes the fruit sorting control process as the research object, and establishes the sorting control algorithm based on RGB image detection method. In the process, the asynchronous image acquisition mode is used to acquire fruit image, and the median filter and Gaussian filter are used to remove fruit image noise. The global automatic threshold segmentation method is used to extract fruit image features, so as to realize the recognition and classification of fruit color features and surface area features. The feature data is compared with the set feature threshold In order to realize the identification of fruit grade, the robot is used for fruit sorting. The experimental results show that the fruit feature data obtained by RGB image detection method and manual measurement method are highly consistent.
