马铃薯播种漏播检测自动补种装置设计与试验

摘要: 针对勺式马铃薯播种机作业中排种勺空穴漏播需人工检测与补种的难题,提出了一种基于激光对射传感器的漏播检测方法,设计了一种马铃薯播种漏播检测自动补种装置,并验证了装置的漏播检测性能和自动补种性能。采用两对激光对射传感器和接触式行程开关传感器分别探测漏播空勺和准确补种位置,依靠步进电机驱动补种装置进行精确补种。试验结果表明:在工作速度为2~5km/h时,播种机原始平均播种率为91.35%,补种装置平均成功补种率达到82.17%,综合漏播率≤1.5%,总播种率达到98.5%;排种线速度>0.5m/s时,播种率和漏播率都明显下降。设计的漏播检测方法检测准确可靠,自动补种装置效果明显,适应不同播种速度和种薯大小等工作条件,可为马铃薯播种机的智能化设计提供参考。Abstract: For the problem of leaking seed off caused by empty seed spoon in the work of chain spoon potato sower, it is necessary to design a monitoring and reseeding device worked with potato sower to solve this problem and improve the efficiency of planting.This device makes use of the laser beam sensor and the contact travel switch sensor, to explore the empty seed spoon and the exact reseeding location, it relays on the reseeding device of steeping motor to reseed exactly, also makes a monitoring and reseeding device including potato seeder and reseeding device.The results of experiment indicate when the working speed is about 2-5 km/h, and the reseeding device do not work in this time, the seeding rate of the chain spoon seed-metering device is 91.35%. When the reseeding device works, the average success reseeding rate reaches up to 82.17%,the leaking seed rate is less than 1.5%,the total seeding rate reaches at 98.5%.From the result of the experiment, it is easily to see that the advantages of the newly designed monitoring and reseeding device of the potato sower, it not only improves the disadvantages of leaking seed off of potato sower, and improve the efficiency of the potato sower as well. It is beneficial for potato planting. This research provides reference for the design of full automatic potato sower.
