基于PLC和MCGS的马铃薯种切块系统设计

Design of Potato Seed Cutter System on PLC and MCGS

  • 摘要: 传统马铃薯种切块主要依靠人工操作完成,自动化程度低,为解决这一问题,设计了一套马铃薯种切块系统。系统基于西门子S7-1200PLC和MCGS组态,采用PC机的图像处理功能分析工业相机采集的马铃薯图像并建立椭球模型,得到马铃薯的质量及种芽位置;使用PLC逻辑运算功能计算出所需切刀类型及切刀转动的角度,并用MCGS触摸屏对工作过程进行实时监控;通过编写PLC的控制程序,设计触摸屏的操作界面,完成了对马铃薯种切块机控制系统的设计。调试及应用验证结果表明:系统能够很好地适应马铃薯种切块的操作环境,节省了大量劳动力,使生产效率大大提高,且在环保方面也有积极的影响。

     

    Abstract: Traditional way of dicing potato seeds is accomplished mainly by manual work, which has low degree of automation.To solve this problem, a series of system for dicing potato seeds were designed.Based on Siemens S7-1200 PLC and MCGS configuration, the system will use the image processing capability of PC machine to analyze potato image collected by industrial camera and establish ellipsoidal model to get the weight of the potato and the position of the seed bud.Calculating the type of the cutter we need and the rotation of the cutter by the logical operation function of PLC, and using MCGS touch screen to carry on the real-time monitor to working process. This paper has achieved the design of potato seeds dicing machine control system by writing PLC control programs and designing operation interface of touch screen.After the debugging and application verification, the system can adapt the potato seeds dicing environment quite well and saved a lot of labor, besides, it also has a positive impact on the environment.
