地膜回收机的自动电控系统优化

摘要: 为了实现地膜完整回收与重复利用,设计了自动控制系统,并建立了土壤清除模型和图像识别判定规则,对控制系统进行优化,简化了控制流程。分别建立切土力与土壤深度模型和刨土力与土壤深度模型,通过土壤深度,直接计算所需力。采用视觉识别的方法判定地膜是否出现,对采集图像进行灰度化和二值化分析,选取高亮区域面积占比和轮廓周长,作为判定地膜出现的依据。对系统进行测试,结果表明:地膜识别率保持在93%以上,伤膜率控制在0.71%~2.86%,浮土清除率保持在80%以上,具有较高的控制精度。Abstract: In order to achieve the mulch film recovery and reuse, this automatic control system was designed.The model of soil cleaning and decision rule of image recognition were achieved, and then the control flow was simplified by optimization of system.The model for soil depth and soil cutting force, and model for soil depth and planing soilforce were achieved.The force was calculated by these model.Film appearance was test by image recognition.Monochrome and binaryzation was taken for image, and the highlight area ratio and contour circumference was taken as the key parameter to determine the film appearance.The control flow was optimized.The test for system was taken, and the result showed that recognition rate of plastic film exceeded 93%,the film injury rate was 0.71%-2.86%,and soil cleaning rate exceeded 80%,this system had high control accuracy.
