锥篮式核桃破壳机结构改进设计与试验

Structure Improvement Design and Test of Cone Basket Walnut Shelling

  • 摘要: 针对锥篮式核桃破壳机高路仁率和壳仁分离率低、碎仁率较高的现象,进行了改进设计,利用单因素试验方法分别探究定筒转速A、定筒与动筒最小间距B、定筒游动间隙C对核桃破壳效果的影响,并进行了正交试验。试验结果表明:当动筒转速为65r/min、定筒与动筒最小间距为19mm、定筒游动间隙为2mm时,综合破壳效果较好,性能指标分别为破壳率100%、高路仁率85.7%、碎仁率3.7%、壳仁分离率95.4%。

     

    Abstract: In view of the phenomenon of low rate of high kernels and shell kernels separation, high rate of minced kernels,we want to improve the structure of cone basket walnut shelling.The single factor test method was used to explore the influence of Speed A of the rotating cylinder, minimum distance B between fixed cylinder and rotating cylinder, and swimming gap C on the effect of walnut shell breaking.And the orthogonal test, the test results show that when the moving cylinder speed is 65 r/min, the minimum distance between the fixed cylinder and the moving cylinder is 19 mm, the moving cylinder clearance is 2 mm, the comprehensive shell breaking effect is better.The performance indexes are as follows: shell breaking rate is 100%,high kernels rate is 85.7%, minced kernels rate is 3.7%,and shell kernels separation rate is 95.4%.
