Abstract:
In view of the phenomenon of low rate of high kernels and shell kernels separation, high rate of minced kernels,we want to improve the structure of cone basket walnut shelling.The single factor test method was used to explore the influence of Speed A of the rotating cylinder, minimum distance B between fixed cylinder and rotating cylinder, and swimming gap C on the effect of walnut shell breaking.And the orthogonal test, the test results show that when the moving cylinder speed is 65 r/min, the minimum distance between the fixed cylinder and the moving cylinder is 19 mm, the moving cylinder clearance is 2 mm, the comprehensive shell breaking effect is better.The performance indexes are as follows: shell breaking rate is 100%,high kernels rate is 85.7%, minced kernels rate is 3.7%,and shell kernels separation rate is 95.4%.
