Abstract:
With the explosive growth of manufacturing information and the rapid increase of information processing workload, it required the manufacturing system to show greater intelligence. In addition to professional talents and expertise, it also required the intelligent manufacturing system to have the ability of big data mining and analysis processing, so that the system has the functions of perception analysis, reasoning, decision-making, control, etc. It introduced the intelligent manufacturing system into the digital design platform of agricultural machinery, and the system is optimized by using big data mining technology.It established the experience database, which can directly generate processing instructions and process plans when processing similar parts. The introduction of intelligent manufacturing system effectively shortens the design cycle of processing technology, improves the design efficiency and saves the design and manufacturing costs.
