椰糠有机肥混合机设计与试验

Design and Experiment of Coconut Bran Organic Fertilizer Mixing Machine

  • 摘要: 由于单一椰糠很难满足作物生长的各项要求,需要与畜禽粪便有机肥料搅拌混合形成椰糠有机肥。为解决椰糠与畜禽粪便有机肥物料的单一缺陷与资源浪费及环境污染问题,针对市面上的固体混合设备存在混合不均匀或功率不符,不能直接套用椰糠与畜禽粪便有机肥料搅拌混合的问题,设计了椰糠有机肥混合机,并对其主要结构进行设计,使用ANSYS软件进行有限元分析。试验结果表明:该机10min搅拌混合均匀度为83.46%,能够满足椰糠与畜禽粪便有机肥料搅拌。

     

    Abstract: Since the single coconut coir is difficult to meet the requirements of crop growth, it is necessary to mix organic manure with coconut coir fertilizer to solve the single fertilizer defect, resource waste and environmental pollution problems.This paper focus on the current market solid mixing equipment does not mix uniformly or the power is inconsistent, and the mixing machine of coconut coir with organic manure cannot be used directly at present, the coconut coir organic fertilizer mixing machine is designed.In this paper, the main structure of the machine have been designed and analysed, using ANSYS software for finite element analysis. The test results show that the mixing uniformity of this machine is 83.46% in 10 minutes, which can meet the mixing requirements of coconut coir and livestock manure organic fertilizer.
