面向对象的玉米收获机系统优化可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis on the System Optimization of the Corn Harvester Based on Object-oriented

  • 摘要: 为深度提升我国玉米收获机的整机作业效能与运行效率,采用面向对象的软件设计开发方法,对其作业系统展开可行性优化设计。以整机的作业机理为基础,融合ETL技术与面向对象的设计方法,把系统划分为不同的对象进行系统建模,并构建完整的系统运行体系展开可行性验证试验。试验结果表明:经面向对象方法设计优化,收获机系统的数据冗余度可降低到10%以下,行距自动对准率与收获定位准确率分别可提高至93.70%与92.25%,整机系统的作业效率与整机运行稳定率达90%以上,验证了系统优化设计的合理性与可行性,对农作物收获装置改善有较好的借鉴价值。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the operation efficiency of the corn harvester in China, the object-oriented software design-development method and thinking were adopted to carry out the feasibility optimization design for its operation system.Based on the operation mechanism of the whole machine, and the ETL technology and object-oriented design method were integrated, and then the system was divided into different objects for the system modeling. Though constructing a complete operation system, the feasibility verification test was carried out, which showed that: after the object-oriented design optimization, the data redundancy of the corn harvester system could be reduced to less than 10%, and the automatic alignment rate of line spacing and the harvest positioning accuracy also could be reduced to 93.70% and 92.25% respectively; the operation efficiency and stability rate of the whole system could reach more than 90%, which verified the rationality and feasibility of the optimization design on the system, and this idea would provide some good reference value for the improvement of similar crop harvesting devices.
