旋转脱膜式残膜回收机关键部件仿真与模态分析

Simulation Analysis and Modal Analysis of the Key Components of the Rotary Unloading Residual Plastic Film Recycling Machine

  • 摘要: 设计了一种旋转脱膜式残膜回收机具,针对搂膜弹齿不稳定造成残膜回收率降低的问题,通过Ansys软件对其进行仿真分析和模态分析,得出主搂膜弹齿等效最大应力232.15MPa,总位移为10.2mm,副搂膜弹齿等效最大应力138.737MPa、总位移为6.7mm,所得数据均小于设计最大值;二者前6阶固有频率范围分别为17.7~292.1Hz和25.1~292.1Hz,不在所受外界激振频率范围内,作业过程中不会产生共振现象。本研究可为弹齿式残膜回收机的设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a Rotary Unloading Residual Plastic Film Recycling Machine is designed. For the stability problem of the membrane-retaining elastic teeth of the machine, simulation analysis and modal analysis are carried out by Ansys software to obtain the equivalent maximum stress of the main-retaining membrane elastic teeth 232.15 MPa, the total displacement is 10.2 mm, the equivalent maximum stress of the secondary armature elastic teeth is 138.737 MPa, and the total displacement is 6.7 mm, the data obtained are less than the design maximum; the first 6 natural frequencies of the two ranges from 17.7 Hz to 292.1 Hz and 25.1 Hz to 292.1 Hz, the natural frequency range of the two is not within the frequency range of the external excitation, and no resonance phenomenon will occur during the operation. This article can provide a reference for the design of elastic tooth residual film recycling machine.
