Abstract:
In this paper, a Rotary Unloading Residual Plastic Film Recycling Machine is designed. For the stability problem of the membrane-retaining elastic teeth of the machine, simulation analysis and modal analysis are carried out by Ansys software to obtain the equivalent maximum stress of the main-retaining membrane elastic teeth 232.15 MPa, the total displacement is 10.2 mm, the equivalent maximum stress of the secondary armature elastic teeth is 138.737 MPa, and the total displacement is 6.7 mm, the data obtained are less than the design maximum; the first 6 natural frequencies of the two ranges from 17.7 Hz to 292.1 Hz and 25.1 Hz to 292.1 Hz, the natural frequency range of the two is not within the frequency range of the external excitation, and no resonance phenomenon will occur during the operation. This article can provide a reference for the design of elastic tooth residual film recycling machine.
