基于蠕动泵的水肥药一体化装备设计与试验

摘要: 目前,设施园艺生产中营养液或农药主要是在较大的水池中由人工调配,占地面积大,效率低,成本高,费时费力,严重制约了我国设施农业的发展。为此,设计了水肥药一体化智能装备,主要由主泵、蠕动泵、EC和pH传感器等部分组成,可在灌溉的管道内进行配肥或配药,精度高,省时省力,现用现配,无需配备较大的水池。同时,设计了该装备的整体结构、控制系统以及人机交互界面,并进行验证试验,结果表明:主泵和蠕动泵的流量精度分别为94.89%和96.69%,ec调控误差为0.68%,pH调控误差为1.42%,具备较好的应用价值。Abstract: At present, in the production of facility horticulture, the nutrient solution or pesticide configuration is mainly artificially mixed nutrient solution or pesticide in a larger pool. Aiming at this problem, an intelligent integrated water, fertilizer and medicine equipment is designed. The equipment is mainly composed of main pump, peristaltic pump, ec and pH sensor. Fertilizer or medicine is prepared in the irrigation pipeline. It has high precision, saves time and effort, and is ready for use without a large pool. The overall structure, control system and human-computer interaction interface of the equipment are mainly designed. After verification tests, the flow accuracy of the main pump and the peristaltic pump are respectively 94.89% and 96.69%, the ec control error is 0.68%, and the pH control error is 1.42%.It has good application value.
