伸缩片式番茄移栽机取苗器设计

Design of Stretchable Style Pick-Up Device for Tomato Transplanters

  • 摘要: 穴苗移栽是农业种植的重要环节,移栽机的出现为移栽作业提供了方便。为了提升穴苗移栽机的取苗效率,适应移栽机整排取苗的要求,开发了一款伸缩片式取苗器,通过分析其工作原理并对取苗器关键部件进行计算,采用MatLab GUI仿真程序对取苗器的关键部件进行运动距离验证,形成满足取苗条件的取苗器末端运动轨迹。最后,通过三维打印完成样机试制,采用连续摄影完成对实物的轨迹验证,并进行不同含水率下的取苗试验。结果表明:当取苗器伸缩片长度为55mm、苗针安装角度为79°、基质含水率为56.5%时,取苗效率达到80.47%;基质含水率为68.8%时,基质破损率最小为1.25%。

     

    Abstract: Transplanting is the crucial procedure in agriculture and the energence of transplanters provides convenice for transplanting.In order to improve the efficiency of transplanters and meet the requirement of whole row picking, a strecthing style pick-up device was developed in transplanters.By analyzing its working principle and calculating the key parts of the device.MATLAB GUI was used to verify the movement distance of the key parts of the device, and the key parts were verified and optimized through the target parameters, the movement track of the pin will also be verified.Finally, 3 D printing was used to complete the sample production, continuous photography was used to complete the verification of the trajectory of the pins. Picking test was carried out under different moisture content. When the stretchable piece length is 55 mm, the installation Angle is 74.5°.The results showed that the success rate reached 97.66% by the moisture content was 56.5%.When the moisture content of seedlings is 68.8%, the damage rate of seedlings is 1.25%.
