Abstract:
Aim at the present market, a small-scale Reciprocating Sugarcane Peeling Device was designed for the lack of small-scale, practical and low-cost sugarcane peeling machinery, which is mainly composed of power source, frame, transmission mechanism, intermittent rotating mechanism and peeling mechanism.The machine uses the crank slider mechanism to convert the rotary output of the motor into the reciprocating linear cutting and return movement of the paring knife.The intermittent rotation mechanism of sugarcane realizes the intermittent rotation of sugarcane, which is coordinated with the reciprocating cutting and return movement of the peeling knife to jointly complete the peeling working stroke of sugarcane and the return stroke of the peeling knife.After the design calculation, finite element analysis and dynamic analysis of key components, the feasibility, rationality and effectiveness of the designed device were verified.The results show that: the average cleanliness of sugarcane peeling reaches 91.03%, the overall effect of peeling is obvious, and meets the design requirements, which provides technical support and foundation for the further development of sugarcane peeling mechanization devices in the future.
