玉米茎秆甩刀式切碎装置的设计与试验

摘要: 针对现有穗茎兼收型玉米收获机茎秆切碎装置位于整机后部,在作业过程中茎秆被轮胎辗压,造成茎秆切碎含杂率高的问题,设计了一种可以安装在割台下方的茎秆切碎装置。对切碎装置"L"型切碎甩刀进行结构设计,对单个甩刀进行有限元静力学分析,得出甩刀的应力图和变形分布图,可知甩刀工作时所受应力和变形量均在允许范围内。对切碎装置进行田间试验,结果表明:茎秆切碎长度合格率为90.6%,茎秆含杂率为0.5%,切碎装置满足设计要求。Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the stem chopping device of the existing ear-stalk and corn harvesting machine is located at the rear of the whole machine, the stem is rolled by the tire during the operation, which causes a high rate of stalk shredding.
