双路自动调节变量喷药控制系统试验分析

摘要: 对设计的双路自动调节变量喷药控制系统进行了试验验证,提出了具体的试验原理和试验方法,通过多次试验及详细地记录数据,得出试验结果并进行了分析。试验主要分为:(1)流量分路控制试验,将喷药主管路分成A路、B路分别控制,通过设定不同的目标喷药量进行试验,验证系统的控制效果;(2)速度影响流量试验,保持目标喷药量不变,使用脉冲发生器设定不同的速度进行试验,验证速度变化对系统流量的影响规律;(3)压力稳定性控制试验,设定不同的目标压力值进行控制试验,验证系统对压力稳定性的控制效果。针对3个试验分别组建了相应的试验平台,经过多次试验得出结论:流量控制系统对流量的控制精度平均值为97%,压力稳定系统对压力的控制精度平均值为97.88%,脉冲发生器模拟速度产生的偏差平均值为0.05;系统运行正常,实现了根据目标喷药量的变化对两支路流量的分别控制,且控制精度较传统的喷施方法有所提升;细化了施药系统的喷施范围,可实现更加精准的变量施药。Abstract: In this paper, on the test verification to the dual-way automatic regulation variable spray control system designed by our team, and put forward the concrete test principle and test method. through many tests and detailed record data, the test results are obtained and analyzed. This test is mainly divided into 1 flow shunt control test, the spray main pipeline is divided into A and B channels respectively, and the control effect of the system is verified by setting different target spraying quantity;2 the speed affects the flow rate test, keeps the target spraying quantity unchanged, and uses the pulse generator to set different speed to carry on the test, verifies the influence rule of the speed change on the system flow rate;3 the pressure stability control make test, set different target pressure value for control test, verify the control effect of the system on pressure stability. The results show that the average control precision of the flow control system is 97%, the average control precision of the pressure stabilization system is 97.88%, the average deviation of the pulse generator simulation speed is 0.05, the system is running normally, and the control precision of the flow rate of the two branches is improved by the traditional spraying method.range, can achieve more accurate variable application.
