Abstract:
At present, a vibrating type pomegranate threshing device has been designed for the problems of low removal rate and high damage rate of pomegranate threshing machines. First, the overall structure and working principle of the device are explained. According to theoretical analysis and preliminary tests, it was determined that the crank length X

3 were the test factors, and the pomegranate threshing rate Y

2 were used as the target response values, and then the target response values were measured by the Design-expert software. According to the data analysis, the significant order that affects pomegranate threshing rate Y

3. It was verified by experiments that when the crank length X

3 was 29 r/min, the pomegranate threshing rate Y
1 was 95.58%, and the broken rate Y
2 was 2.38. %, the relative error between the experimental value and the optimized result was 1.37% and 3.03%, both are less than 5%.
