农机部件加工夹具设计及其三维装配仿真——基于NX软件

摘要: 为了降低农机部件加工时因夹具产生的误差,将NX软件三维建模和装配仿真技术应用到了夹具的设计过程中,并引入了神经网络智能化算法,对夹具引起的各种加工误差进行分析,进而减小误差;然后,通过对夹具零部件的三维建模和虚拟装配仿真,验证了智能算法对减小误差的作用。对比夹具采用与不采用神经网络算法引起的加工误差,结果表明:采用神经网络算法可以明显减小夹具引起的加工误差,提高农机部件的加工精度。Abstract: In order to reduce the machining errors caused by the fixture in the processing of agricultural machinery parts, it introduced NX software 3 D modeling and assembly simulation technology into the fixture design process, and introduced neural network intelligent algorithm to analyze the various machining errors caused by the fixture, and then reduce the errors. Finally, through the 3 D modeling and virtual assembly simulation of the fixture parts, it is verified that the intelligent algorithm reduces the error. It found that the neural network algorithm can significantly reduce the processing error caused by the fixture and improve the processing accuracy of agricultural machinery parts.
