Abstract:
This paper takes the control algorithm of corn harvester as the research object, and analyzes the operation process of corn harvester. The control model between the moving speed of the harvester and the rotation speed of the threshing drum is established, and the relationship between the feeding amount and the yield loss rate of corn is analyzed. Based on the collaborative analysis method, using the fuzzy control reasoning model of MATLAB to build the relationship among the speed of the corn harvester, the speed of the reel cutting device, the speed of the conveyor and the speed of the threshing roller device. Through the experimental data collection, it can be concluded that the rotating speed of each device changes with the change of feeding amount, and the timing of the rotating speed change of the reel cutting device and the conveying device is basically the same as that of the feeding amount, and there is a relative delay in the rotating speed change of the threshing roller.
