高地隙喷雾机可伸缩式喷杆设计

Design of Retractable Spray Rod for High Gap Sprayer

  • 摘要: 目前,国内高地隙喷雾机普遍存在喷杆工作喷辐相对固定、不能够根据实地工作条件进行灵活调节等问题。为此,设计了一种可伸缩式喷杆,喷辐可调,且在设定喷辐后分别固定在内外框架上的喷管可以利用管内药液的压力进行自动对接,并可根据实际的应用环境在一定的范围内选择不同的喷幅进行施药工作。同时,利用三维软件建立模型并运用仿真软件对喷杆进行有限元分析,搭建简易的喷架模型,针对对接装置的相对位置进行误差测量与分析。仿真结果表明:喷架力学结构合理,喷辐可以按照设计要求进行准确的改变,为解决目前高地隙喷雾机喷杆存在的问题提供了一种方案。

     

    Abstract: At present, the common problem of the domestic highland gap sprayer is that the sprayer rod is relatively fixed and can not be adjusted flexibly according to the field working conditions. In order to solve this problem, this paper designs a kind of retractable spray rod with adjustable spray radiation. After setting the injector, the nozzle fixed on the inner and outer frame can be automatically connected by the pressure of the liquid in the tube. According to the actual application environment, different spray amplitude can be selected in a certain range for application. In this paper, 3 D software was used to establish the model and the simulation software was used to carry out finite element analysis on the spray rod, and a simple jet frame model was built, and the error measurement and analysis were carried out for the relative position of the docking device. The simulation results show that the mechanical structure of the jet frame is reasonable. The injector spoke of the spray frame can be changed accurately according to the design requirements, which provides a solution to solve some deficiencies of the spray rod of the high gap sprayer at present.
