棉花膜下滴灌施肥闭环控制系统设计与试验

Design of Control System of Cotton Submembrane Precise Irrigation and Fertilization Based on PLC

  • 摘要: 针对以软管泵作为施肥驱动机构的精量施肥系统施肥流量出现脉冲性、施肥不稳定的问题,设计了基于PID算法的棉花膜下滴灌施肥闭环控制系统。系统能够通过测量施肥管道流量将施肥流量反馈给变频器,变频器将实际流量与用户给定的施肥流量设定值做比较,输出PWM信号控制软管泵中电机的转速,实现闭环控制。系统采用腾讯云平台、服务器、数据库与客户端作为远程监控系统的框架,触摸屏将收集到的施肥数据通过4G网络发送给服务器,服务器接收数据并发送给数据库,数据库负责收集、整理与保存施肥数据,客户端将接收到的施肥数据展示给用户。试验结果表明:相较于传统的施肥方法,采用PID算法的施肥闭环控制系统有效降低了软管泵作为施肥驱动机构带来的脉冲性,提高了施肥精度,满足了现代农业对精量施肥的要求,达到了精准施肥的目的。

     

    Abstract: According to the hose pump flow as the driving mechanism of the precise fertilizer fertilization system fertilization in pulse, the problem of the fertilizer, this paper designed the cotton membrane based on PID algorithm under fertigation closed loop control system, the system can fertilize by measuring the pipe flow, the fertilization flow back to the inverter, inverter will actually flow and users of the given fertilizing flow set point, the output PWM signal control in the hose pump motor speed, realize the closed loop control; Tencent cloud platform used in this system, the client and server, database, as the frame of remote monitoring system, touch screen will fertilization data collected through the 4 g network sent to the server, the server receives the data and sent to the database, the database is responsible for collecting, sorting and save fertilizer application data, the client will receive the application data to demonstrate to the user.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional fertilization method, the PID algorithm of fertilization closed-loop control system effectively reduces the pulse of the hose pump as the fertilization drive mechanism, improves the fertilization accuracy, meets the requirements of modern agriculture for precise fertilization, and achieves the goal of precise fertilization.
