环模式秸秆压块机压缩装置设计分析

Design and Analysis of Compression Device of Straw Briquetting Machine with Ring Mode

  • 摘要: 为有效解决环模孔口因物料堆积易产生堵塞的问题,以9YK-0.4D型环模式压块机为研究对象,重新设计了压辊的表面构造,在压辊的圆周外表面两侧设置“齿状凸起”,以渐开线标准直齿圆柱齿轮的设计准则得到各参数的数量关系,即压辊上的开齿数为84个、齿全高为5mm、轴向厚度为1.5mm;为使压辊环模平稳配合,对环模孔做出相应改进,得到其与改进后压辊的几何关系,即楔形块两侧的开槽深度为5mm、开槽宽度为1.7mm。利用SolidWorks对新型压缩装置进行三维建模装配,利用ANSYS对玉米秸秆进行柔性体建模,对三维模型和柔性体模型通过刚柔耦合的方式在ADAMS中建立虚拟样机模型,进行玉米秸秆在压缩室内的压缩过程仿真分析,得出在不同的主轴输入转速下玉米秸秆的受力情况。结果表明:在压缩室内供料区中压辊的“齿状凸起”对玉米秸秆主要起推动作用;在预压缩过程中,随着物料的增多及摩擦力的增大,压辊对玉米秸秆的推动力变为滚动摩擦力,压力值指数上升;在主压缩过程中,“齿状凸起”的挤压对于克服孔壁的摩擦力使得秸秆顺利进入环模孔中至关重要,此时压力值在小范围内波动并逐渐趋于平稳,在一定程度上可以避免堵塞现象的发生。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the hole of ring die easy to block due to material accumulation, this paper takes 9 YK-0.4 D ring mode block press as the research object, redesigns the surface structure of the roller, and sets "tooth bulge" on both sides of the outer surface of the roller. The number of parameters is obtained by the design criteria of involute standard straight tooth cylindrical gear. The number of teeth on the roller is 84, and the total tooth height is high In order to make the ring die fit smoothly and improve the hole of the ring die, the geometric relationship between the ring die and the improved press roll is obtained. The groove depth on both sides of the wedge block is 5 mm and the groove width is 1.7 mm. SolidWorks is used for 3D modeling and assembly of the new compression device, and ANSYS is used for flexible body modeling of corn straw. The virtual prototype model of 3D model and flexible body model is established in Adams through rigid flexible coupling. The compression process of corn straw in the compression chamber is simulated and analyzed, and the stress of corn straw under different spindle input speed is obtained. It was observed that the "dentate protrusion" of the pressure roller in the feeding area of the compression chamber mainly promoted the corn straw; in the pre compression process, with the increase of materials and friction, the driving force of the pressure roller on the corn straw changed into rolling friction, and the pressure value increased exponentially; in the main compression process, the extrusion of the "dentate protrusion" could overcome the friction of the hole wall and make the straw smooth at this time, the pressure value fluctuates in a small range and gradually tends to be stable, which can avoid the occurrence of blockage to a certain extent.
