Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of soil acidification and heavy metal pollution in southern red and yellow soil regions, this article introduces a spiral circulating lime spreader. The machine can effectively solve the problems of uneven lime spreading and dust pollution, and is suitable for various soil environments such as paddy fields and dry fields. First, on the basis of introducing the structure and working principle of the machine, the spreading performance of the lime spreader is analyzed. Secondly, based on the BBD experimental method, the opening width of the ash outlet, the rotating speed of the spreading roller, and the machine’s forward speed are used as the influencing factors, and the lateral distribution coefficient of variation of lime spreading and the spreading amount are used as the influencing effects. The three-level response surface experiment is used to simulate the lime spreading process with the help of discrete element simulation software EDEM. Finally, a mathematical regression model of influencing factors and effects is established, and the degree of influence of each influencing factor on the distribution coefficient of variation and the amount of spreading is obtained, in order to provide a reference for the further optimization of the lime spreader.
