Abstract:
In view of the poor utilization of rice straw round bundles, a new rice straw round baler was proposed. Through the design and simulation analysis of the parameters and arrangement of the key components of the baler, the theoretical basis is provided for the improvement of the uncoupling the bale device. The results of static analysis show that the maximum deformation and stress of uncouple the knife roller of the bale are 0.0065 mm and 4.7924 MPa, which are far less than the theoretical value, and the stiffness and strength of uncouple the knife roller of the bale meet the requirements. The results of modal analysis show that the first six modal shapes of the uncouple the knife roller of the bale are obtained, and the excitation frequency of the uncouple the knife roller of the bale is far less than the minimum excitation frequency of 202.55 Hz, which does not produce resonance.The experiment showed that the thickness of the straw output layer was 10.88 cm, the width of the straw output layer was 130.64 cm, the standard deviation of thickness was 2.9 cm, and the standard deviation of width was 5.9 cm. All indexes were better than the test standards.which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of structure and parameters.
