基于PLC的种子烘干机自动控制系统设计

摘要: 以种子烘干机为研究对象,对种子烘干工艺流程进行分析,确定种子烘干过程中以烘干温度及种子湿度为关键控制参数,并对PLC基本组成和工作流程进行分析,利用PLC进行种子烘干机的自动控制。根据控制参数需求进行PLC选型,并结合PLC控制对自动控制系统中种子的温度和湿度进行模拟量转换计算,按照计算值设定系统工作参数,编写PLC控制程序梯形图,根据自动控制系统的采集值与设定值对比结果,进行烘干过程的自动控制。Abstract: This paper takes the seed dryer as the research object, through the analysis of the seed drying process, determines the drying temperature and seed humidity as the key control parameters in the process of seed drying, and analyzes the basic composition and working process of PLC, and uses PLC to carry out the automatic control system of seed dryer. According to the PLC, the system can automatically control the temperature according to the PLC.
