开关磁阻电机控制系统在纯电动拖拉机设计上的应用

Application of Switched Reluctance Motor Control System in the Design of Pure Electric Tractor

  • 摘要: 在纯电动拖拉机调速系统的设计中,引入了开关磁阻电机控制系统,并采用PID控制器对速度的调节过程进行反馈,从而提高速度控制的灵敏性和调节精度,使调速系统具有自适应调节能力。为了验证基于PID的开关磁阻电机控制系统的优越性,对控制系统的调速过程进行了仿真模拟,并选取了两组不同的参照进行了对比,结果表明:采用PID的开关磁阻电机的控制精确性比其他两组高,从而验证了其性能的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: In the design of the speed control system of pure electric tractor, the switched reluctance motor control system is introduced, and the PID controller is used to feedback the speed regulation process, so as to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of speed control, and make the speed control system have the ability of adaptive regulation. In order to verify the superiority of the switched reluctance motor control system based on PID, the speed regulation process of the control system is simulated, and two groups of different references are selected for comparison. The comparison results show that the control accuracy of the switched reluctance motor based on PID is better than the other two groups, thus verifying the reliability of its performance.
