Abstract:
Aimed to study the working mechanism and cutting parameters of the bush cutting machine, designed a new kind of shrub cutting experimental device. The working principle, shrub cutting mechanism and shrub cutting force of the experimental device were analyzed. Shrub cutting simulation was carry out based on ADAMS to analyze the function images of cutting blade displacement, rotation angular velocity and angular acceleration. Besides, shrub cutting experiment was performed with the developed experiment platform by single factor experiment method to analyze the optimal working parameters of shrub cutting. The optimal working parameters of shrub cutting with no miss cutting are worked out. The feed speed is 600mm/s and cutting speed is 1350r/min.
