基于视觉识别技术稻谷品质分析装置与试验研究

Study on Quality Analysis Device and Experiment of Rice Based on Visual Recognition Technology

  • 摘要: 随着人们对稻谷品质要求越来越高,检测品质识别技术在农业中得到多方面使用。为此,针对检测稻谷品质精度和质量的设备单一、人工干预较多等问题,设计了一种基于视觉识别技术的稻谷品质分析装置,并分别介绍了装置的工作原理和重要部件。同时,利用MatLab软件建立相应函数和Canny边缘检测算法模型,并对稻谷数目精准检测和烘干后产生爆腰粒的识别及在线称重,结果表明:提高稻谷品质装置的自动化检测水平和工作效率,对其提升稻谷爆腰率检测及高效识别数目有重要的研究意义。

     

    Abstract: At present people is higher and higher requirement for rice quality, testing quality identification technology is also used in agriculture in many aspects, for detecting precision and quality of rice quality of single equipment, the problems such as too much manual intervention, to that end, this paper designed a by visual recognition technology of rice quality analysis device, respectively introduces the work principle and important parts, MatLab software was used to establish the corresponding function and Canny edge detection algorithm model to accurately detect the number of rice and the identification of waist burst grains after drying and realize online weighing, improve the automatic detection level and work efficiency of rice quality device, which has important research significance to improve the detection of waist burst rate of rice and efficient identification number.
