履带式再生稻联合收获机自动对行系统研制与试验

Development of Automatic Alignment System for Crawler Ratoon Rice Combine Harvester

  • 摘要: 为适应我国再生稻头季稻收获要求,针对国内再生稻头季收获对行功能缺失、碾压率高等问题,以沃得旋龙4LZ-3.0E型水稻收获机为载体,综合运用机械、液压、电子控制等领域关键技术,设计了一种履带式再生稻联合收获机自动对行系统。系统应用在宽窄行种植模式下,可保证收获机履带行走在宽行中央,避免碾压到再生稻留茬,影响再生稻第二季产量,主要由对行检测单元及对行控制单元组成。田间试验表明:再生稻联合收获机安装自动对行控制系统后,对行收获过程中的前进速度、三位四通阀通电时间、节流阀开度分别设置为0.556m/s、1.5s、“中位”时,其对行效果最佳,碾压率降低至5.6%~5.8%。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of the first harvest of ratoon rice in China, aiming at the problems of lack of row matching function and high rolling rate in the first harvest of ratoon rice in China, a crawler type automatic row matching system of ratoon rice combine harvester was designed with the wade Xuanlong 4 LZ-3. 0 E rice harvester as the carrier and the key technologies in mechanical, hydraulic and electronic control fields. In the wide narrow row planting mode,the system ensures that the crawler of the harvester runs in the middle of the wide row to avoid rolling to the stubble of ratoon rice and affecting the second season yield of ratoon rice. It includes row detection unit and row control unit. The field experiment showed that the automatic control system was installed in the ratoon rice combine harvester. When the forward speed,the power on time of three position four-way valve and the throttle valve opening are set to 0. 556 m/s, 1. 5 s and middle respectively, the effect is the best, and the rolling rate is reduced to 5. 6%-5. 8%.
