摘要: 首先,对云技术和大数据技术的工作原理进行了概述;然后,设计了旋耕机耕深测量系统和姿态检测系统;最后,利用大数据和云计算技术实现了旋耕机作业状态监测系统,可以实时对旋耕机作业状态进行检测,并对其一定时间内的状态进行预估。实验结果表明:设计的旋耕机作业状态预估模型预测精度较高,可为旋耕机健康状态评估和劣化趋势判断提供参考。Abstract: It first summarizes the working principle of cloud technology and big data technology, then designs the rotary cultivator depth measurement system and attitude detection system, and finally realizes the rotary cultivator operation state monitoring system by using big data and cloud computing technology, which can detect the rotary cultivator operation state in real time and predict its state in a certain time. The experimental results show that the prediction accuracy of the rotary tiller operation state prediction model studied in this paper is high, which can provide a reference for the health state evaluation and deterioration trend judgment of rotary tiller.
