针吸式蔬菜穴盘育苗精量排种装置的设计与试验

Design and Test of Precision Seed Metering Device for Vegetable Plug Seedling Based on Air Suction Needle

  • 摘要: 根据穴盘育苗农艺要求并结合茄科类蔬菜种子物理特性,设计了一种针吸式蔬菜穴盘育苗精量排种装置。对排种装置的结构及工作原理进行了描述,分析确定了吸针和种盘的结构参数。对吸孔直径、真空负压值及振动频率3个因素进行了试验研究,分析得出最优参数组合。开展了排种装置性能试验,结果表明:排种装置的播种合格率(单粒率)可达到96.31%,漏播率和重播率分别为1.20%和2.49%,能够较好地满足播种需要。

     

    Abstract: According to the agronomy requirements of plug-plate seedling raising and combined with the physical characteristics of solanaceae vegetable seeds,aneedle-suction precision seeder for plug-plate seedling raising was designed. The structure and working principle of the seeder are described,and the structural parameters of the suction needle and the seed plate are analyzed and determined. The diameter of suction hole,the value of vacuum negative pressure and the frequent of vibration are studied experimentally,and the optimum parameter combination is obtained. The experiment results show that the qualified rate(single seed rate) of the seeder can reach 96. 31%,the missed rate and the reseeding rate are 1. 20% and 2. 49% respectively,which can meet the need of sowing.
