Abstract:
According to the agronomy requirements of plug-plate seedling raising and combined with the physical characteristics of solanaceae vegetable seeds,aneedle-suction precision seeder for plug-plate seedling raising was designed. The structure and working principle of the seeder are described,and the structural parameters of the suction needle and the seed plate are analyzed and determined. The diameter of suction hole,the value of vacuum negative pressure and the frequent of vibration are studied experimentally,and the optimum parameter combination is obtained. The experiment results show that the qualified rate(single seed rate) of the seeder can reach 96. 31%,the missed rate and the reseeding rate are 1. 20% and 2. 49% respectively,which can meet the need of sowing.
