喷杆喷雾机精量喷雾测试实验台研制

Development of Precision Spraying Test Platform for Boom Sprayer

  • 摘要: 精量喷施技术是大田植保作业的智慧化解决方案,而精量喷雾执行机构及其控制系统田间调试费时费力、可重复性差,且诸多参数无法调整,数据获取困难。针对这一问题,根据大田植保技术要求和喷杆喷雾机性能参数,通过对药液循环系统和喷雾测试系统等进行设计和计算,搭建了精量喷雾测试实验台。实验台主要包括喷雾测试系统、药液循环系统和速度模拟装置,可完成药液流量、压力实时感知和控制,喷杆区段独立控制、作业速度与药液流量的在线模拟与匹配。进行不同压力下实验台喷杆各段控制的喷量一致性及不同施药量、不同模拟速度下实验台的控制精度测试试验,结果表明:精量喷雾试验台动力发生装置可提供的最大压力和流量分别为1.5MPa、65L/min,模拟速度调节范围为0~20km/h,精量喷雾最大误差为1.34%,变异系数最大为0.05,能够满足精量喷雾系统调试和测试的基本要求。研究可为喷杆喷雾机智能变量作业的研究及其精量喷雾系统的设计和优化提供理论依据与技术支持。

     

    Abstract: The precision spraying technology is an intelligent solution for plant protection operation in the field. However, the field-tests of the precision spraying actuator and its controller is time-consuming, laborious, and reproducible,and many parameters cannot be adjusted, and data acquisition is difficult. In view of this problem, according to the technical requirements for field plant protection and the performance parameters of boom sprayer, through the design and calculation of the liquid circulation system and spray testing system, a precision spray test bench was built. The test platform consisted of a spray testing system, a liquid circulation system, and speed simulator. The test bench can realize real-time sensing and control of liquid medicine flow and pressure, independent control of spray bar section, online simulation and matching of operation speed and liquid medicine flow. The consistency of the spray rate of each section of the spray bar under different pressures, and the control accuracy test of the test bench under different spray volume and simulation speeds were carried out, the results showed that the maximum pressure and flow rate of the precision spray test bench power system were 1. 5MPa and 65L/min respectively, the maximum error of the precision spray was 1. 34 percent, and the coefficient of variation was up to 0. 05, which can meet the precision spray system. It can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the research of intelligent variable operation, and the design and optimization of precision spraying system for boom sprayer.
