摘要: 针对现有多行气吸式排种器因共用气室造成风压要求高、损失大的问题,设计了一种单盘多行独立气道式精量排种器。通过在紧贴排种盘吸气侧设计带有凹槽的气道盘,将气室分成相互独立的3条气道,分别对应排种盘上的3条排种行,从而降低排种过程所需的风压值,减少风压损失。对关键部件进行了仿真分析和对比试验,结果表明:吸种合格率达95%以上时,所需负压值比传统大气室排种器降低了1kPa。Abstract: Aiming at the problems of high wind pressure requirements and large losses caused by the common air chamber of the existing multi-row air suction seed metering device, a single disc multi-row independent airway precise metering device is designed. By designing an airway plate with grooves close to the suction side of the seeding plate, the air chamber is divided into three independent airways, which correspond to the three seeding rows on the seeding plate, thereby reducing seeding. The wind pressure value required by the process, reducing the wind pressure loss. The simulation analysis and comparison test show that the required negative pressure value is 1kPa lower than that of the traditional air chamber seed meter when the qualified rate of seed suction reaches more than 95%.
