半夏播种机设计与试验研究

Design and Experimental Research of Pinellia Planter

  • 摘要: 目前,半夏播种的农艺多以人工为主,其播种机市面上较少且机械化种植的过程中存在一定的半夏损伤问题。为此,设计了舀勺式半夏播种机,由电机驱动系统、机架、排种器及镇压轮组成,通过电机控制播种转速实现半夏种植农艺上每0.067hm2的200kg播种量。同时,进行了田间试验,结果表明:半夏播种机漏播率为3.63%,重播率为8.39%,出芽率为90.11%,达到了预期设计目标。

     

    Abstract: At present, the agronomy of pinellia planting is mostly artificial. There are few pinellia planters on the market and there are certain pinellia damage problems during the mechanized planting process. Therefore, the scoop-type pinellia planter and the scoop-type planter are designed. It is composed of a motor drive system,a frame, a seeder and a suppressor wheel. The seeding speed is controlled by the motor to achieve a 200kg seeding amount per 0. 067hm~2 in Pinellia planting agronomy. Field experiments have been carried out. The experiment shows that the missed seeding rate is 3. 63%and the reseeding rate is 8. 39% germination rate was 90. 11%,which reached the expected design goal.
