计算机图像处理技术在采茶机器人系统中应用

Application of Computer Image Processing Technology in Tea Picking Robot System

  • 摘要: 对自动化采茶过程进行分析,利用CMOS工业相机对茶叶图像进行采集,在RGB颜色模型中对茶叶图像进行灰度处理及利用高斯滤波器和巴特沃斯滤波器对茶叶图像滤波处理,并在分割模型中对滤波后图像进行分割,最后采用聚类算法识别图像中的嫩叶和老叶。试验结果表明:单独对图像中嫩叶进行识别时,识别正确率达到89.5%;单独对老叶进行识别时,识别正确率达到85.3%;对图像中的老叶和嫩叶同时进行识别时,识别正确率为75.6%。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,through the analysis of the automatic tea picking process,the CMOS industrial camera is used to collect the tea image,and the gray level of the tea image is processed in the RGB color model,the Gaussian filter and Butterworth filter are used to filter the tea image,and the filtered image is segmented in the segmentation model.Finally,the clustering algorithm is used to identify the tender leaves and leaves in the image old leaves.The experimental results show that the correct rate of recognition is 89.5% for the young leaves in the image,85.3% for the old leaves in the image,and 75.6% for the old leaves and the young leaves in the image at the same time.
