基于单片机的水果采摘装置液压控制系统设计

Design of Hydraulic Control System for Fruit Picking Device Based on Single Chip Microcomputer

  • 摘要: 对水果采摘装置进行分析,基于液压传动装置设计了一种以升降平台为本体且具有微调和转换功能的水果采摘装置。液压传动装置带动水果采摘杆旋转,将采摘后的水果放入收集盘中,利用机械设计原理对水果采摘装置进行验算。分析结果表明:液压升降缸的负载为1000N,惯性负载为6N,计算选用液压缸总负载为1100~1300N,水果采摘速率可达到40个/min,达到人工采摘速率的2倍,且采摘过程具有更高的安全性。同时,采用单片机驱动模块对液压采摘装置进行交互式配合,使采摘装置工作过程中具有可靠的稳定性。

     

    Abstract: Based on the analysis of the fruit picking device, a kind of fruit picking device is designed based on the hydraulic transmission device, which takes the lifting platform as the body and has the function of fine adjustment and replacement.The hydraulic transmission device drives the fruit picking rod to rotate, puts the picked fruit into the collecting plate, and uses the mechanical design principle to check the fruit picking device. The analysis results show that the load of hydraulic lifting cylinder is 1000 N, inertia load is 6 N, the total load of hydraulic cylinder is(1100-1300)N, the fruit picking rate can reach 40 per minute, which is twice of the manual picking rate, and the picking process has higher security. The single chip microcomputer driving module is used to cooperate with the hydraulic picking device interactively, so that the picking device has more reliable stability in the working process.
