基于FLUENT的旋耕用发动机润滑系统性能优化

Performance Optimization of Rotary Tillage Engine Lubrication System Based on Fluent

  • 摘要: 以旋耕机用柴油发动机为研究对象,通过对发动机润滑系统性能进行分析,基于FLUENT技术建立发动机润滑系统流体仿真模型。分别在润滑油黏度为0.0125、0.0225、0.035Pa·s,曲轴浸油深度分别为2%、10%及18%条件下,分析发动机润滑性能的影响因素,并根据仿真分析结果进行发动机润滑系统性能优化。结果表明:当浸油深度为10%、润滑油黏度为0.0125Pa·s时,发动机润滑性能最优。

     

    Abstract: This paper takes the diesel engine for rotary tiller as the research object, analyzes the performance of engine lubrication system, establishes the fluid simulation model of engine lubrication system based on fluent technology, and analyzes the influencing factors of engine lubrication performance under the conditions of lubricating oil viscosity of 0.0125, 0.0225 and 0.035, crankshaft immersion depth of 2%, 10% and 18%, respectively.The engine lubrication system performance was optimized based on the analysis results. The results show that when the immersion depth is 10% and the viscosity is 0.0125, the engine lubrication performance is the best.
