拖拉机柴油机负载工况数据分析与PID控制研究

  • 摘要: 通过PID控制器优化柴油机的工作性能,提高动力供给的合理性,是柴油机电控技术优化研究的重点方向。对于拖拉机而言,其在农业生产中的应用形式多样化,配套不同种类的农机具就会产生不同的作业负荷与负荷变化特点,且配套机具的种类和功能不断丰富,对其控制精确性要求显著提高,以保证对不同工况、不同负载条件具有良好的适应性。为此,从拖拉机柴油机的负载影响因素出发,分析了拖拉机作业时影响柴油机负载的主要受力关系。同时,依据匀速和增速条件的差异进行了分析对比,确定了柴油机负载影响因素的主次关系,对于柴油机的PID控制结合拖拉机使用特点进行了参数与模型设计,并对PID控制合理性进行了仿真验证,指明了二维模糊控制下柴油机PID控制的后期研发方向。

     

    Abstract: Optimizing the working performance of diesel engine and improving the rationality of power supply through PID controller is the key research direction of diesel engine electronic control technology optimization.Especially for tractors, their application forms in agricultural production are diversified, and supporting different kinds of agricultural machines and tools will produce different operating load and load change characteristics, as the types and functions of tractor supporting machines and tools are constantly enriched, the control accuracy of tractor field operation is significantly improved to ensure good adaptability to different working conditions and different load conditions.Based on this, starting from the load influencing factors of tractor diesel engine, this paper analyzes the main force relationship affecting diesel engine load during tractor operation, analyzes the differences between constant speed and growth conditions, determines the primary and secondary relationship of diesel engine load influencing factors, and designs the parameters and model for the PID control of diesel engine in combination with the operating characteristics of tractor, the rationality of PID control is simulated, and the later development direction of PID control under two-dimensional fuzzy control is explained.
