拖拉机助力转向控制策略研究——基于3C2410微处理器

Research on Control Strategy of Tractor Power Steering Based on 3C2410 Microprocessor

  • 摘要: 为了改善拖拉机转向困难,保证车辆行驶的安全性,提出了一种基于3C2410微处理器的拖拉机助力转向控制策略,可实现拖拉机方向盘转向的精准控制。试验结果表明:系统方向盘助力电流可以快速跟随方向盘变化,给方向盘转向提供助力,说明系统助力电机跟随性能好,验证了系统的可行性和可靠性。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the difficulty of tractor steering and ensure the safety of vehicle driving, this paper proposes a tractor power steering control strategy based on 3 C2410 microprocessor, which can realize the accurate control of tractor steering wheel. The test results show that the steering wheel assist current of the system can quickly follow the change of the steering wheel and provide assistance to the steering wheel, which shows that the power assist motor of the system has good follow performance, and verifies the feasibility and reliability of the system.
