轻简电动履带运输车的设计与试验

Design and Test of Light Electric Crawler Transporter

  • 摘要: 针对山地果园作业环境复杂,对运送装备的通过性要求高的特点,设计了一种轻简电动履带运输车,具有遥控和手动控制两种控制方式,远程遥控距离可达200m。实地样机试验结果表明:运输车的最大载荷为300kg,最大爬坡度为25°,最高车速为1.5m/s,具备原地差速转弯能力;其越障能力较强,对地形复杂、路况恶劣的山地果园环境适应性较好,能够满足山地果园的运输要求。

     

    Abstract: In view of the complex working environment of mountain orchard and the high requirement of transporting equipment, a light electric crawler transporter is designed.The track transport vehicle has two control modes of remote control and manual control, and the remote control distance can reach 200 meters.The field prototype test results show that the maximum load of the transport vehicle is 300 kg, the maximum climbing slope is 25°, the maximum speed is 1.5 m/s, and it has the ability of turning in situ differential speed. It has a strong ability to surmount obstacles and has a good adaptability to the mountainous orchards with complex terrain and bad road conditions, and can meet the transportation requirements of mountainous orchards.
