无线传感融合下的水肥一体机电气系统设计

Electrical System Design for Water Fertilizer Integrated Machine Based on Wireless Sensor Data Fusion

  • 摘要: 为了给植株提供最优的生长环境,基于无线传感融合技术,设计了水肥一体机控制系统。首先,进行环境数据融合,得到可以表征整个温室的温度数据、CO2浓度数据和土壤湿度数据;其次,建立控制规则,实现对水肥一体机、遮阳网和通风风扇的控制;最后,采用模糊PID控制的方法,实现了对肥料含量的控制,并通过试验的方法,确定了黄瓜生长最优肥料含量。对系统进行测试,结果表明:系统具有良好的水肥调节能力。

     

    Abstract: In order to providing the best growth environment for plant, this water fertilizer integrated machine was designed, based on wireless sensor data fusion.Firstly, the detection data fused, and then the temperature data, CO2 concentration data and soil moisture data were calculated, which could characterize the entire greenhouse. Secondly, the control rule for water fertilizer integrated machine, shading net and ventilation fan was achieved.Control of fertilizer content was achieved by fuzzy PID control.Optimum fertilizer content for cucumber growth was got, according to experiment.The system test was taken, the result showed that the system had good ability of water and fertilizer regulation.
