Abstract:
Aiming at the slippage, poor passing performance, and unsteady operation of the plant protection machine when operating in the paddy field, this paper uses Solidworks software to establish a three-dimensional model of the plant protection machine, uses EDEM software to simulate and analyze the walking of the plant protection machine, and uses 3 WPHS-600 A.The type plant protection machine is the test carrier, using PLC program to control the state of the machine’s wheels and clutches, and conduct the research on the power distribution model.Simulation and test results show that the application of two-wheel drive, four-wheel drive adaptive switching and four-wheel independent brake application of the plant protection machine is conducive to smooth operation and optimizes the power characteristics of the plant protection machine.
