一种红外光谱仪用于农机设备故障检测研究

Research on Infrared Spectrometer for Fault Detection of Agricultural Machinery Equipment

  • 摘要: 柴油发动机是农业机械设备的主要动力源,工作过程中故障形式主要表现为异常磨损。为此,基于红外光谱仪构建农用柴油发动机异常磨损故障检测技术手段,结合故障监测与诊断分析流程对农用柴油发动机运转过程进行跟踪监测,判断柴油发动机的异常磨损故障,结合发动机分解检修状态,验证故障检测诊断的准确性。结果表明:利用红外光谱仪构建柴油发动机故障检测诊断流程,能够有效地对农用柴油发动机的异常磨损状态进行诊断分析。

     

    Abstract: Diesel engine is the main power source of agricultural machinery and equipment, and the fault form in the working process is mainly abnormal wear.This paper constructs the technical means of abnormal wear fault detection of agricultural diesel engine based on infrared spectrometer, and tracks and monitors the operation process of agricultural diesel engine combined with fault monitoring and diagnosis analysis process, Judge the abnormal wear fault of diesel engine, and verify the accuracy of fault detection and diagnosis in combination with the engine disassembly and maintenance state. The results show that the fault detection and diagnosis process of diesel engine constructed by infrared spectrometer can effectively diagnose and analyze the abnormal wear state of agricultural diesel engine.
